Yabby's reset page asks for the username, then emails a verification code. Enter the code and set a new password of 6 to 16 characters.
- Resend the confirmation email while logged in
The verify page tells logged-out visitors to sign in first, so log in, request a fresh email, and give it a few minutes before trying again.
- Try another browser or the web app
A clean browser session rules out saved form data and blocked cookies. The installed web app is a separate session too.
- Open live chat

Verifying your Yabby account
Two separate checks run at Yabby, and people often mix them up. The email check happens straight after the form. The identity check (KYC) waits until you ask for money out.
